Family

I wish my kid's could understand what it's like for someone to have BIPOLAR/DEPRESSION. That you don't mean to say and do the thing's you do. The ups and downs of mania, the racing thoughts, sometimes lack of sleep, or too much sleep. You dont mean the thing's you say or do. You want to be loved, accepted, not judged or condemed. I do understand their frustration, confusion, and resistance in dealing with me. Sometime's i face illness issues over which i sometimes have little control over (lack of insight, low motivation, mania, sleeping too much, or too little. I am still the person they grew to know and love.
